Proposal of effective model of work safety management system

摘要

From the middle of the nineties the Work Safety Management System (SZBP) has been under introduction into mines. Its purpose is to maintain high level of work safety depending mostly on each worker within the range of his responsibility and competence. The Work Safety Management System is under permanent improvement. Taking such assumption and basing on observations and experience the Authors present organizational solutions which can influence the effective operation of the Work Safety Management System.
