PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a remodeling plan capable of reducing health risk. A method and system for proposing a remodeling of a building. In this method, a step S1 for measuring the first information related to the internal environment of the building, a step S2 for inputting the first information to the computer, and the computer assume that the resident of the building is based on the first information. It includes a step S3 of calculating the health risk to be performed and a step S4 of determining a building remodeling plan for reducing the health risk based on the health risk.
