Sonography of Testis

Ultrasonography is the modality of choice for the evaluation of the scrotum. It shows testicular abnormalities, peritesticular abnormalities such as varicocele, and epididymal disorders. It also helps to visualize the changes caused secondary to distal vasal obstruction.
