I am live from a sold-out Disney's Yacht Club, where the Eastern Fuel Buyers Conference began with the traditional, bitterly fought golf tournament, one Fred Cushmore vowed to "win without mercy or grace," and where the Coal Trading Association's "We Call it Wine & Cheese Tasting So It Seems Classy, But Everyone Drinks Beer" (WCWCTSSCEDB) reception.
