In February's Assessors' Corner, David Hoyle, writes of the great variety of categories of nonconformity supported by various authorities. At one stage he remarks on the similarity of the old MOD definitions to those supported by Harry Melrose, and asks whether BMT is staffed by ex-MOD people, although there is no apparent link in the article between Mr Melrose and BMT Quality Assessors.
