China claims antidumping over EU, US and Japanese sack kraft paper imports

China launched an antidumping investigation into unbleached sack kraft paper imports from the European Union (EU), the US, and Japan. The grade in question is mainly furnished with unbleached wood fiber, and is made into packaging for cement and chemicals, as well as for dry goods. According to China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC), the investigation will be completed by Apr. 10, 2016, but can be extended by six months to Oct. 10, 2016, according to PPI Asia.
