China has decided to impose five year antidumping duties (ADDs) on unbleached sack kraft paper imports from the European Union (EU), Japan, and the USA. China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC) issued the final ruling on the case on April 9, indicating that imports of the grade from the three regions were dumped in China and caused material injury to the domestic industry (No. 48, 2015, p.8).
