Verso CFO Mundy to depart, move on to be PCA's CFO on Sept. 1

After being front and center in a tumultuous year-long acquisition process, Verso CFO Robert Mundy will leave the company at the end of the month and join Packaging Corp of America (PCA). He will continue to provide Verso with "periodic transitional assistance" for another two months before assuming the position of CFO with PCA on Sept. 1. In his new role, Mundy will succeed Richard West, who has been PCA's CFO since 1999. West will stay on in an advisory capacity until his planned retirement on Mar. 1 next year.
