To assess the prevalence of work place bullying in a sample of US workers. Work place bullying is a type of interpersonal aggression at work which is characterized by features such as frequency, intensity, duration and power disparity. The negative impact of bullying includes long term or permanent suffering, psychological and occupational impairment.
