I learned from Michael Gerber's business development program years ago about psychographics;that is,the study of what makes people make the decisions they do.Incredible numbers of studies have been done,and incredibly,most business people don't make use of these studies.Subconscious responses are a large component in buyers' decision making.For example,the Ford Taurus sold so well in the 1980s because Ford found that both males and females have a preference for things round and oval.The redesigned dashboard incorporated ovals and circles,including a new oval Ford logo.
