摘要

This paper reports on continued research addressing remote neutralization of surface scattered explosive ordnance (principally anti-tank mines).A clearance method has been proposed using a low cost vehicle mounted gun system,capable of rapid remote neutralization to a range of 100 m.Explicit non-linear dynamic finite element models have been produced using a Lee-Tarver representation of the explosive fill.This paper verifies these models against previous experimental data and closed form theory.Initial work on the use of explosive and hypergolic payloads is discussed.
