A correct and nutritious dietary intake can help you and your family healthy. It can easily be achieved by including a balanced diet. A balanced diet is one which provides all the nutrients i.e. carbohydrates, protein, fats, vitamins, minerals and fibre. Food is the nucleus of life. How great you look and feel depends upon what goes inside your body i.e. your nutritional intake. A correct and nutritious dietary intake can help you and your family healthy. It can easily be achieved by including a balanced diet. A balanced diet is one which provides all the nutrients i.e. carbohydrates, protein, fats, vitamins, minerals and fibre. These nutrients must be obtained through a judicious choice and combination of variety of foods. The best course would beeat adequately cereals, millets and pulses; eat liberally vegetables and fruits; eat moderately fats, eggs, meat and fish and eat spairingle sugar, salt, processed and ready to eat foods.
