摘要

This paper describes a HPLC method with fluorescence detection for determining ochratoxin (OTA) in soya meal. The recoveries of ochratoxin (OTA) from soya meal treated at the levels of fortification of 0.05 and 0.025 mg/kg were 72.61 to 75.86%, respectively. The standard deviation (SD) for the level of 0.05 mg/kg was SD=13.9 and for 0.025 mg/kg SD=6.9. For analyzed plant samples the low detection limit was 0.01 mg/kg. The results confirmed usefulness of this method as inexpensive and easy for determining ochratoxin A in plant material.
