Aberdeen Consultancy Announces Buy-Out

An Aberdeen consultancy is reorganising into two new companies following a management buy-out, to create new opportunities for growth and development. From August 2011, oil and gas consultancy, Facilitators International LLP, will become Project Excellence LLP in a bid to focus on its core activities of consultancy and resourcing. The new company, which is based in the city's Huntly Street, will be owned and run by Mike Howard and Dr Clive Randall.
