摘要

Lots of researches on the preparation of nylon6/clay nanocomposites through in situ intercalation polymerization have been done inn different countries since its fist report by Y. Fukushima et al. in 1987. Considerable progress has been obtained in the preparation, characterization and structure study of PA6/clay nanocomposites. This kind of nanocomposites has many excellent properties such as high tensile strength, high modulus, high thermal distortion temperature, favorable insulating performance and so on. Most of the researches focused on the hydrolytic ring-open polymerization process and are mainly used as plastics and films. However there are few reports on the researches of the preparation of nylon6/MMT nanocomposites by twin-screw reactive extrusion.
