摘要

This paper presents results of testing the properties and structure of Cr-Mo-W-V-Nb high alloy steel seamless tubes with high content of nitrogen and boron additive designed for devices operating at high pressures and. temperatures and produced by Huta Batory Tube Mill. The tests showed that the sample batch of tubes with diameter of 273 mm and wall thickness of 25 mm and with diameter of 324 mm and wall thickness of 30mm met the requirements of the world standards. The results of testing the mechanical properties and structure showed that the tubes were characterised by consistent properties. In view of obtaining positive results of the tests, a decision was made to implement the technology for melting and casting, plastic working and heat treatment of H9AMFW2BNb(P92) high alloy steel tubes in Huta Batory S.A.
