I can't remember a cell phone getting so much attention of late. With all the bells and whistles that have become standard features on many phones, it's relatively difficult to make one stand out above the rest. But that's exactly what Motorola has been able to do with its RAZR V3 phone. What makes this model so intriguing is its thickness, or I should say its thinness. The clamshell design measures just 0.54 inch thick. And that was done without omitting any of the features associated with competitive models. That includes a VGA camera, Bluetooth, a vivid display, and an overall cool design. The imaging sensor is supplied by Micron. After some well-documented issues with previous imagers, Motorola did an extensive benchmarking on all the available devices and finally settled on the Micron part.
