Thermoplastic elastomer of special kind through ionic crosslinking

摘要

Thermoplastic elastomers are polymers which process like plastics,but behave like rubber.This is possible through introducton of strong secondary bonding attraction between polymer chains in such a way that the polymer can exhibit properties of thermosetting materials while remaining thermoplastics.This technique is called physical cross-linking Ionic cross-linking is one of such cross-linking techniques.
