Bayer Polymers LLC and the PolyOne Corporation have formed a Joint Venture for the development, production and marketing of polyurethane systems in the USA and Canada. Each company will own 50 per cent of the new joint venture, which will be known as BayOne Urethane Systems LLC. The joint venture will employ approximately 50 employees and is scheduled to become operational in June 2003. It will be headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri.
