BASF announced plans to build a Polyurethane Systems House in Geismar, LA, USA, in which PU raw materials will be blended to deliver customised products to customers in the transportation, furniture, and construction industries. According to BASF, the USD 42 million facility will create 22 new jobs. The company will begin construction on the PU Systems House in Q2/2014.
