Routinely we deal with market - as a buyer. We make purchases of many items- Consumer products, Durable products as the need arises. If the price is not right, we may just buy some other product. As a buyer we have a plenty of choice today. But for any Business (Manufacturer), Pricing of the Product is a sensitive issue. Every businessman is aware of it, but when it comes to actually deciding to Price his Product, most of the MSME sector companies do it in a very casual manner! Primarily it is because of the fear of "losing" business to competitors! The fear is that if the Price is kept "High" or increased, they will simply loose Customers and Business! It is not fully misplaced - it can happen that way -but not necessarily always !
