Eastman acquires plasticizer maker Scandiflex to expand in Latin America

Eastman Chemical Company have announced acquisition of Scandifiex do Brasil S.A. Industrias Quimicas, a manufacturer of plasticizers located in Maua, Sao Paulo, Brazil.
