On 3rd March,2005 AIPMA had organized a special talk on Union Budget 2005-06 at 3.30 p.m.at AIPMA auditorium.Shri.Ramgopal Agarwal,Hon.Secretary introduced the theme to the audience and requested the AIPMA President Shri.Harpal Singh to deliver the welcome address.
