Sydney-China's manufacturing activity has recently slowed down across various industries due to a general shortage of blue collar workers,industry sources said this week.The staffing shortage is evident in nearly all sectors,and especially among small-and medium-sized manufacturers of general goods,including but not limited to toys,garments,textiles and packaging products,they said.
