Singapore-Taiwan's Nan Ya Plastics shut down its No 3 phthalic anhydride line at Mai Liao on May 6 for a month-long maintenance turnaround,a company source said May 7.Nan Ya operates four 50,000 mt/year PA lines with a combined capacity of 200,000 mt/year.The other 3 PA lines were operating at 100% nameplate capacity as of May 7.
