Singapore-Asia's toluene supplies are likely to see a large adjustment and reallocation in 2009 as the market grapples with the demise of the epicenter of demand for the product,China,industry observers said.It has become apparent to market participants in Asia that China would cease to be a net importing region of toluene by 2009 as the country achieves self-sufficiency with the starting up of new domestic capacities and lackluster downstream demand.
