Chevron Phillips has pushed back the startup date of its mega 777,000 mt/year styrene monomer unit in Al-Jubail,Saudi Arabia,from the first to third the quarter of 2008 because of a regional labor shortage,the company said in a statement April 7.The new"integrated styrene facility"- one of the world's largest - will also produce ethylene,benzene,ethylbenzene and propylene.
