Bayer sells 50% share in polycarbonate JV to GE Plastics

Houston-Germany's Bayer MaterialScience will transfer its 50% share in the polycarbonate glazing joint venture with Exatec to its partner in the JV,GE Plastics,Bayer announced August 27.After the transfer,Exatec will be wholly owned by GE Plastics.
