European petrochemical end-users are continuing to crack attractively priced propane as a mild winter on both sides of the Atlantic prevents the heating fuel price from rising,market sources said November 24.Ordinarily at this time of year,winter weather conditions fuel propane demand and send prices surging,making propane an uneconomical feedstock compared to naphtha.
