The report presents the results of investigation of the effect of different annealing regimes, i.e. 300 ℃-10 h, 350 ℃-10 h and 400 ℃-10 h, on the recovery of properties (tensile and electrical conductivity) of pure Cu and copper-based alloys irradiated at 150 ℃ up to doses of 0.2-2.5 dpa at 150 ℃. Annealing at 350 ℃ 10 h recovers the level of uniform and total elongation of GlidCopAl25 IG samples practically to the unirradiated level. The Cu-Cr-Zr alloy was found to be less sensitive to the bake-out procedure. Electrical conductivity of irradiated samples is recovered but only partially. The conclusion is made that the bake-out regime allows for an effective recovery of ductile properties of copper alloys irradiated at low (150 ℃) temperature.
