New CP-44HF flame retardant from Great Lakes Chemical Corp.in Indianapolis is said to provide increased melt flow,higher thermal stability,and improved compatibility in PBT,PET,specialty TP polyesters,and most nylons.The additive is a polybrominated styrene copolymer with lower molecular weight than previous grades.
