Zhoushan port brings a large coal wharf into full operation

Zhoushan Port in eastern China's Zhejiang Province has brought a transfer coal wharf into full operation on appraisals from local provincial and municipal authorities, according to an October 28 release by the port. The transfer coal wharf, aimed at servicing local power generators including Zhejiang Energy Group, consists of five coal berths, including one capable of docking 150,000200,000 mt capacity vessels, one capable of docking 50,000 mt capacity vessels, one capable of docking 35,000 mt capacity vessels, one capable of docking 20,000 mt capacity vessels, and one capable of docking 5,000 mt capacity vessels.
