Four of South Korea's five thermal power utilities have decided to award four panamax cargoes of bituminous Russian coal at a price said to be more than $110/mt FOB, basis 6,080 kcal/kg NAR, reversing a decision to not award any spot bituminous coal contracts in a recent joint tender, a source in Korea told Platts December 14.
