The low density export market was flat on the week with few offers out of the US. There was talk of an offer at 83 cents/lb i railcars but this could not move anywhere. One trader said he had deals in the mid-70's cents/lb but no other traders could catch such a price. One reason the US was tight LDPE was tha plenty was sent to Mexico where Pemex was forced to cut the price as a result of what they considered excess supply from the US.
