Hurricane plans pipeline

London-Canada's Hurricane Hydrocarbons is planning to construct a 176 km pipeline in Kazakstan connecting the Kumkol, Kyzylkiya, Aryskum and Maibulak fields to a new rail terminal at Dzhusaly by October 2002, a company representative told Platts Oct 3.
