South Korean refiner SK Corp Feb 22 revamped its scandal-tainted board,ousting key members including SK Group chairman Son Kil-seung,and unveiled plans to improve the company's corporate governance.The move is widely seen as an attempt by the incumbent board to defend its managerial rights from Monaco-based Sovereign Asset Management,the refiner's single largest shareholder,at an annual shareholders meeting scheduled for Mar 12.
