Russian domestic natural gas tariffs witl continue to increase at well above the rate of inflation until at least 20G7, the county's ministry of economic development and trade said in a report published Aug 16.Following 2O% hikes in 2003 and 2004, tariffs should rise 23% in 2005, 11% in 2006 and 8% in 2007, the ministry said.
