Final leg of REX-West begins service, but some still warn of bottlenecks

Rockies Express Pipeline last week placed the final 210 miles of the Rockies Express West pipeline into service, allowing roughly 1.5 Bcf/d of once-stranded Rockies gas to flow to major interstate pipeline interconnects in the upper Midwest. However, some officials again warned that the Rockies Express might not be enough to stem another infrastructure bottleneck as supplies out of the region continue to ramp up aggressively.
