摘要

The temperature dependence of resistivity and thermoelectric power (TEP) of purple bronzes AMo(6)O(17) (A = Na, K and Tl) were carefully measured. The TEP property in the sodium compound was found to be very different from that in the isostructural Tl/K compounds, in which a negative minimum peak near 30 K was observed. The possible origins were explained by the subtle differences of the nesting properties of the ''hidden'' 1D Fermi surface modified by their symmetry. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science B.V. [References: 27]
