摘要

The transport properties of sputtered [Ni80Co20(13 Angstrom)/Cu](25) superlattices were studied between room temperature and 10 K. The results show a transition temperature TR at which the resistance is enhanced above its extrapolated value. Most strikingly, T-R shows an oscillatory behaviour as a function of the Cu thickness. The oscillation period is almost the same as that of the magnetoresistance ratio in these superlattices. The phenomenon is thought to be related to the interlayer exchange coupling occurring in NiCo/Cu magnetic multilayers. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B,V. [References: 14]
