Recent Accessions to International Treaties

Following are recent accessions to, or ratifications of, treaties administered by the World Intellectual Property Organization or the International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of PlantsrnThe Republic of Estonia deposited on May 14, 2009, its instrument of ratification of the Singapore Treaty on the Law of Trademarks, adopted at Singapore on March 27, 2006. In conformity with Article 28(3), the Singapore Treaty will enter into force with respect to Estonia on August 14, 2009.
