Motorola Cannot Enforce German XBox Injunction Due to RAND Agreement

A US District Court properly issued a preliminary anti-suit injunction, preventing enforcement of an injunction imposed by a German court against Microsoft Corp's Xbox game console, the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled on September 28 (Microsoft Corp. v.
