IRS Opposes Coca-Cola Motion To Seal Records in Tax Court Case

The IRS is opposing a request for a protective order sealing much of the record in Coca-Cola Co.'s transfer pricing case, claiming it would violate the public's right to understand the case and hinder the agency's ability to enforce other tax matters.
