U.S. Accuses China of 'Widespread' Intellectual-Property Rights Abuses

The U.S. accused China of stealing trade secrets and allowing "rampant" online piracy and counterfeiting, adopting blunter language under the Trump administration toward the country's intellectual property crimes.
