WING OFFERS PERSONAL WATERCRAFT ADD-ON

Introduced at the Multi-Agency Craft Conference (MACC) in Virginia in June, the Ribskt is an add-on for personal watercraft. Developed by Bill Wing at Wing Inflatables, Arcata, Calif., the Ribski is an aluminum bottom shell with an inflatable collar attached around the perimeter. The personal watercraft fits inside. "This makes that incredible, economical power plant on a jet ski a tough enough boat to be able to go up the rivers and take a beating on the bottom as that aluminum shell protects it," said Wing. "The other thing is that it stabilizes it. Three guys can stand on the side of it, and it doesn't feel unstable at all. You don't have to get on from the rear, you can just jump on it any way you want."
