Abolish the TWIC card

I also fail to see the usefulness of the TWIC card and feel it should be abolished. As many others have said, the program is a waste of time, money, and productivity.I have used it many times at airport security checkpoints and have never had it questioned or had to produce another form of identification. However, you cannot get into the Coast Guard base in Houston with a TWIC card, but instead have to present a driver's license. It's mind boggling, isn't it?
