In December, civils merchant Frazer embarked on a four year expansion programme. We talked to managing director Steve Warwick, about the changes and the benefits they bring for the water utilities industry. 2004 was a busy year for Frazer. It opened eight new branches, restructured its sales team and recruited sector specialists to provide the very best service and sales support to its customers. Turnover has also grown considerably with the introduction of more than 500 new product lines to the majority of its branches.
