The association for Consul tancy and Engineering (ACE) has published a new guide to help engineering companies better manage their relationships with recruitment consultants.rnThe publication, called Working with Recruitment Agencies - an ACE guide, was published by ACE in conjunction with the members of its HR task force following demands from member firms for guidance in this area.rnIt identifies the qualities that define an effective business relationship between client and recruitment agency. The publication also includes guidance on establishing a service-level agreement with an agency and model terms of business that could be adapted for use.
