To provide an interface creation program for recruitment and selection which can easily customize an interaction type interface for exchanging information between a job applicant and a terminal device.SOLUTION: A method executed by a processing circuit 115 with a program includes: a step of displaying a question item screen 80 including one or more questions inquiring a job applicant in an interaction type interface on a display of a job applicant side PC 10; a step of displaying a question edition screen 90 for editing contents of an added question on the display when an instruction for adding a new question is input in the question item screen 80; a step of inputting at least one of character data indicating the contents of the question and video data including sound of the question as question information, in the question edition screen 90; and a step of displaying the question item screen 80 to which an item related to the new question is added on the display on the display, when question information is input according to the instruction for adding the new question.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
