South West Water's (SWW) ￡590M K5 framework programme for the next five years is in the hands of the Delivery Alliance, a collaboration comprising Interserve, Balfour Beatty, two design companies and SWW itself.rnK5 is SWW's programme covering AMP5 and runs from April 2010 to March 2015. The Alliance manages the detailed assessment, planning, design, procurement, construction and commissioning in the K5 investment programme.
